What’s closed: • Lakeland Central, Hendrick Hudson, and Croton school districts will be closed. • Local government offices will be closed. • All Post Offices will be closed. • The Hendrick Hudson Free Library and Croton Free Library will be closed. • Most banks will be closed. • All courts and state and federal government offices will be closed.

What’s open: • Check with individual restaurants and retail outlets for any special holiday hours Thursday.
