Connolly is an experienced corporate leader and remains active in the not-for-profit community, as well as serving on various committees for charitable organizations throughout the region that directly affect young adults. She serves on the board of directors of Hope’s Door, a safe haven for victims of domestic abuse, works closely with the Westchester Woman’s Bar Association and is an active member of the Westchester County Bar Association.
Other 2014 honorees include Gina Cappelli, president and founder of Formé Urgent Care & Wellness Center; Marsha Gordon, president and CEO, The Business Council of Westchester; and Tony Sayegh, executive vice president, Jamestown Associates.

Kids X-Press, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in 2001 and dedicated to promoting literacy. Written by children and for children, the award-winning Kids X-Press magazine is a quarterly printing with an annual readership of over 170,000.
