Spectra Donates To Montrose Fire Department

MONTROSE, N.Y. -- A check was recently presented to the Montrose Fire District by Spectra Energy.

Chief Peter J. Kolesar accepted the check for new equipment from Marylee Hanley from Spectra, along with Fire Commissioner John Jackson and 1st Assistant Chief Scott Gilbert.

The funds will be used to purchase equipment to better access emergency calls at blue mountain reservation trails.
