DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- A pair of accidents caused delays in Dutchess Monday afternoon.
A multi-vehicle crash was reported on Route 9 in Wappingers Falls at Myers Corner Road at 4:15 p.m., leading to stop-and-go traffic.
There were also heavy delays on westbound I-84 following a 4 p.m. accident that initially blocked the right lane at Route 9 (Exit 13) in Fishkill.
