Saratoga County residents Nicholas and Lee Scoville, both of Stillwater, were arrested Friday, Dec. 22, on multiple charges. New York State Police said a Stillwater resident contacted the agency on Sunday, Dec. 10 saying a plow had been stolen from their property. YouTuber Stabs Stepfather To Death At Capital Region Home, Police Say A 29-year-old YouTube creator is behind bars accused of stabbing his stepfather to death at a home in the region. Emergency crews in Saratoga County were called to a home in Stillwater, located on Gurba Drive South, at around 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16 for a domestic dispute. When they arrived, they found 61-year-old Richard Naze stabbed to death, according to Stillwater Police.  Officers arrested Naze’s 29-year-old stepson, Stephen Surin, on suspicion of second-degree murder. Naked Intruder Awakens Capital District Couple, Sexually Assaults Woman, Cops Say A husband and wife from the Capital District were awakened by a naked intruder trying to sexually assault them, authorities said. The Saratoga County residents told police they were sleeping in their Stillwater home on Thursday, Aug. 4, when they awoke to find a fully nude man who they do not know attempting to sexually abuse the woman as she lay sleeping next to her husband. The victim and her husband were able to chase the intruder away before calling 911, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
