Man From Region Nabbed For DWI After Almost Hitting Deputy Sheriff, Police Say State Troopers arrested a town of Hudson Valley man for allegedly driving while intoxicated after he almost struck a deputy sheriff who was assisting a disabled tractor-trailer at the time. The incident occurred in Orange County around 9:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 11 in Campbell Hall a hamlet of Hamptonburgh.
