Arrest Made In Fatal Stabbing Of Mother, Daughter In Hudson Valley A Westchester man has been arrested on charges that he stabbed to death a mother and daughter in their home and then fled the area. Yonkers officials said Luis Gabriel Ramos, of Yonkers, was arrested on Wednesday, Nov. 3 in Salome, Arizona for the stabbing murder which took place sometime between Friday, Oct. 29, and when the two were found on Monday, Nov. 1.
