The collision took place in Rockland County in Orangeburg around 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14 at the intersection of West Orangeburg Road and Hunt Road. According to Capt. Home Heavily Damaged After Fire Breaks Out In Rockland A house was heavily damaged after an overnight fire in the Hudson Valley. The blaze broke out at around 8:45 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25 in Rockland County, at Regina Court in the hamlet of Blauvelt. Brush Fire Burns Through Orangeburg For Hours More than seven fire departments spent several hours battling a brush fire in Orangeburg after police received a report of "an odor of smoke" in the area, according to the Orangetown Police. The call came in around 4:51 p.m. Wednesday reporting the smell near Tweed Boulevard on Clausland Mountain where responding officers found flames in the area of southwest Nike Lane, said Orangetown Sgt. Pearl River Fire Update: House Destroyed, Dog Missing Two people were injured and a family dog is missing following a fire that destroyed a Pearl River home, according to the Orangetown Police Department. The fire started around 4:20 p.m. Monday at 314 Orangeburg Road, and within a couple of hours had reduced the home to rubble, according to Det. Sgt. James Sullivan.
