A Hudson Valley man known for his makeshift "dispensary bus" was busted for allegedly selling cannabis to people under the age of 21. The arrest took place in Dutchess County around 4:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 26 in East Fishkill. According to East Fishkill Police, Orange County resident Eli E. Herrera, age 22, of Monroe, was charged with criminal sale of cannabis and unlawful sale of cannabis. A Hudson Valley police officer and several others were injured by a 30-year-old man during a series of violent attacks. Jamel M. Williams, address unknown, was arrested in Dutchess County on Wednesday, Oct. 26, in the town of East Fishkill. A 51-year-old man died after losing control of his motorcycle on a Hudson Valley roadway. The crash took place in Dutchess County around noon on Saturday, Aug. 13 in Stormville at the intersection of Route 216 and Phillips Road.
