Building Condemned After Fire Displaces 35 Greenburgh Residents A total of 35 people have been displaced following a fire that broke out at a multiple-unit building late Friday afternoon in Westchester. There were no injuries reported in the blaze at 172 Saw Mill River Road in Elmsford Road, according to Greenburgh Police Chief Chris McNerney. The building is across from Casa Building Products.
