Hudson Valley Gang Member Faces Attempted Murder Charge For Shootings
A gang member in Westchester is facing a host of charges for allegedly ordering the shooting of two people outside a Mount Vernon bar, leaving them with “lifelong medical difficulties.” Jason Garcia - also known as “G-shine” and “Mecca-J” - an alleged high-ranking member of the Bloods Gang, was arraigned on a five-count indictment on Tuesday, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced.
