ORANGETOWN, N.Y. – Orangetown police are investigating a one-car accident on Route 303 that left two people injured early Sunday morning, according to lohud.com.

Authorities believe the accident occurred around 4 a.m. near Tappan Golf Range, lohud.com noted.

The car was hidden from the road until around 7:40 a.m., when the passenger and driver were pulled out and taken to Nyack Hospital in critical condition, reported lohud.com.

Police believe alcohol is one of the suspected causes, lohud.com said.
