Police Hunt Nyack Man Wanted For Possession Of Forged Instrument

CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- Clarkstown police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Nyack man wanted on charges of possessing a forged instrument.

Police describe 46-year-old Hilliard as black, 6 feet tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
