Bardonia Man Faces DWI Charge After Police Stop In Clarkstown

NEW CITY, N. Y. -- A 25-year-old Bardonia man is facing a driving while intoxicated charge after a Rockland County Sheriff's patrol officer saw him driving erratically on Route 59 in Clarkstown, Sheriff Louis Falco said.

After an investigation by officers, Andrew Tartara was found to be intoxicated, police said. He was processed for the drunk driving charge at the sheriff's office in New City and ordered to return to Clarkstown Justice Court, police said.
