A school bus was engulfed by flames on an Orange County road on Wednesday evening, Feb. 12. The incident happened in Blooming Grove on Museum Village Road near Route 208, where the bus caught on fire. Tractor Trailer Skids On Ice, Hits Tree On Side Of I-84 In Hudson Valley
A man was injured after losing control of the tractor-trailer he was driving on an icy Interstate 84 in the Hudson Valley. The crash happened in Orange County on Thursday, Feb. 6, just before 11 a.m., when a tractor-trailer driving east on I-84 in Wallkill slid on ice and snow and veered off the right side of the highway, according to New York State Police. A 45-year-old teacher from Amherst, NY (Erie County) has been arrested for sex crimes stemming from Virginia, authorities said. Geoffrey J. Testa was arrested on a warrant for multiple felony child exploitation charges out of Fairfax, VA on Friday, Jan. 31, the New York State Police said.
