An accident that has moved to the shoulder of the road caused delays on the northbound Palisades Interstate Parkway early Tuesday evening.
The crash, reported at 6:10 p.m., was at Exit 9, the interchange to I-87/I-287 with backups to Town Line Road (Exit 7).
