An accident that initially blocked the left lane on the southbound Palisades Interstate Parkway caused heavy delays during the Tuesday morning commute.
The accident, at Exit 13 (Route 202), initially resulted in stopped traffic at the scene and stop-and-go delays stretching miles back.
