Popular Mount Kisco Italian Restaurant Closes A popular Italian restaurant has permanently closed amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Graziella's North Italian Kitchen and Bar in Mount Kisco has closed, according to an employee of the White Plains Graziella's location. The Mount Kisco  restaurant has only been open since November, 2019. Local Chain Westchester Burger Opening New Location Westchester Burger Co., a popular area burger chain, is opening a new location in the county. With existing locations in White Plains, Mount Kisco and Stamford, Connecticut, the chain will open the new Scarsdale restaurant at 56 Garth Road on Monday, Oct. 7.
