Chappaqua School District Seeks Buyer For 21 Acres With student enrollment on the decline, the Chappaqua School District is looking for a buyer to purchase a 21-acre parcel of land inside the Westorchard Elementary School zone. The Board of Education announced that it is looking to sell property at the intersection of Buttonhook Road and Garey Drive for approximately $3.5 million. It is expected that once the land is sold off, it will be filled with high-end single-family homes. The district reportedly acquired the land more than four decades ago for approximately $125,000.
