With existing locations in White Plains, Mount Kisco and Stamford, Connecticut, the chain will open the new Scarsdale restaurant at 56 Garth Road on Monday, Oct. 7. Officials also say the White Plains spot, located at 106 Westchester Avenue, is in the midst of an expansion that will add significant space to the dining room.
