A doctor who resides in Northern Westchester has admitted to illegally distribution fentanyl, resulting in a fatal overdose in 2017, federal authorities announced. A doctor from Mount Kisco who is already facing charges for an alleged kickback scheme has been indicted for distributing the fentanyl that led to a fatal overdose.
