Westchester Man Nabbed In ID Theft Case After Uber Stop, Police Foot Chase Five identity theft crew members -- including a Westchester man police said tried to run and then fought with the arresting officers -- were busted following a Uber stop before dawn Wednesday. Two police officers in Maywood, New Jersey stopped the Honda Pilot just after 3 a.m., Police Chief David Pegg said. One of four men in the vehicle – 21-year-old Antonio Bailey of Yonkers – took off, Pegg said.
