Driver Emerges Unharmed After Rollover On Snowy Hudson Valley Road Despite flipping their car onto its side on a busy Hudson Valley road amid snowy conditions, a driver was able to walk away from the crash unharmed, fire officials said. The crash happened in Putnam County on Tuesday, Jan. 16 just before 8 a.m., when a car rolled over and landed on its side on Croton Falls Road (Route 34) in the area of McLaughlin Drive, according to the Mahopac Volunteer Fire Department.  Miraculously, the driver was not injured and was able to get themselves out of the vehicle before first responders arrived, the fire department said.  The crash happened d…

ID Released Of Man Fatally Struck By Vehicle At Westchester Intersection Authorities are investigating a crash at a Westchester intersection that left a man dead. The incident happened on Tuesday, Dec. 26 just before 2 p.m., when a 79-year-old man was struck by a vehicle in Tarrytown at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 119, according to Tarrytown Police. Person Hospitalized After Vehicle Rollover In Northern Westchester One person was taken to a hospital following a crash that left a car flipped over on its roof in Northern Westchester.  The crash happened on Thursday, Nov. 30 around 12:30 p.m., when a car rolled over near Lake Lincolndale in Somers, according to the Somers Volunteer Fire Department.  Crews arrived at the scene within minutes and were able to get the driver out of the vehicle before taking them to the hospital.  The response to the crash took around an hour in total.
