Quavon V. Travis, 32, was arrested after an incident in Kingston on Sunday, June 21, New York State Police announced on Thursday, June 25.

Port Chester resident Segundo Pucha-Carchi, 56, was convicted on Wednesday, June 24, of first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, bribing a witness, two counts of fourth-degree tampering with a witness, and six counts of second-degree criminal contempt, the Westchester County District Attorney's Office announced.
