Victim ID'd In Deadly Single-Vehicle Crash On Watervliet Highway Authorities have identified a man who was killed in a single-vehicle crash on a highway in the region. The Albany County wreck happened at around 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, on Route 7 in Watervliet, according to New York State Police. Akiem Keele, age 33, of Whitehall in Washington County, was riding a motorcycle eastbound on Route 7 at a high rate of speed when he struck a dividing barrier near the exit to I-787. Washington County residents Brian Winchell, age 32, of Whitehall, and Vickie Dibble, age 52, of Granville, were arrested by State police Monday, Sept. 26. The agency was contacted at around 9 p.m. with a report that two employees of the Walmart in Queensbury had stolen items from the store.
