21-Year-Old Parolee Nabbed In Albany Shooting That Killed Man, Injured 2 Others, Police Say Police have arrested a suspect in an overnight shooting in the region that killed a man and injured two others, including a 13-year-old boy. The Albany incident happened at around 1:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, in the city’s West Hill neighborhood, near Second and Quail streets. Officers found a 46-year-old woman who was shot in the leg and a 13-year-old boy suffering from a graze bullet wound to his arm. Robinson, age 37, of Monticello was arrested on Monday, Feb. 5 for the robbery that took place on Sunday, Sept. 17, 2023, at the Citgo convenience store located at 41 Forestburgh Road in the Village of Monticello. Raheem Hines, age 46, of Albany, was sentenced to 25 years behind bars in Albany County Court on Friday, Jan. 12, after pleading guilty to attempted murder and related charges.
