Couple Nabbed For Robbery In Region, Police Say A man and a woman from the region are facing felony charges after police said they robbed a victim in his home and then fled the scene in his pickup truck. Police received a report about a robbery in Sullivan County on Old Liberty Road in Monticello at about 2:40 a.m. on Friday, July 15, according to New York State Police.  The victim told troopers he heard a knock at his door, and when he opened the door he saw a woman who asked him for help, police said.  A man who was carrying a machete and a pocket knife then pushed his way into the home, and he and the woman robbed the man o…
