Arson: 27-Year-Old Disables Alarm Before Setting Fire To Capital Region Apartment, Police Say A 27-year-old man is accused of setting fire to an apartment complex in the region. Firefighters in Saratoga County were called at around 2:20 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29, for a structure fire in Ballston on Dominic Drive, according to New York State Police. Members of the Ballston Spa Fire Department isolated and extinguished the fire, and determined it was suspicious. There were no reports of injuries.
