Man, Woman Caught With 313 Grams Of Cocaine In I-84 Stop
A routine traffic stop led to felony drug charges for a man and woman who were caught by New York State Police troopers with more than 300 grams of cocaine on I-84 in Putnam County over the weekend. Shortly before 10 p.m. on Saturday, March 3, troopers conducted a traffic stop on the interstate on a 2008 BMW in Southeast for a vehicle and traffic violation, leading to the drug charge for Hempstead resident Vladamir Revil, 37 and Queens resident Jessica Sylvester, 34.
