NY Man Driving Tractor Was Plowed -- At Nearly Four Times Legal Limit, Police Say New York State Police are saying a man was driving a tractor while his blood alcohol content was nearly four times the legal limit. State troopers arrested Steven Harrison, age 42, on Monday, July 5 in the area of Weaver Dam Road in Petersburg, located in Rensselaer County, about 28 miles east of Albany, near the Massachusetts border. One Arrested, 100-Plus Summonses Dished Out In Westchester Traffic Detail Law enforcement agencies in Westchester handed out dozens of summonses over the weekend as they targeted vehicles that had fraudulent license plates amid the COVID-19 pandemic. On Saturday, Jan. 16, officers from the Yonkers Police Department’s Traffic Unit, Westchester County Department of Public Safety, and New York State Police troopers conducted a traffic enforcement detail in Yonkers targeting fraudulent and counterfeit license plates.
