Woman Charged With Stealing Pocketbooks, Wallets Of Shoppers In Westchester A woman is facing larceny charges after allegedly stealing wallets and pocketbooks of Westchester shoppers, police say. The investigation started about a year ago. Police received numerous reports of wallets and pocketbooks being taken from shoppers at local retail establishments. The stolen credit cards were then used to purchase clothing and electronic devices online. The arrest occurred Sunday, Feb. 3 after Greenburgh Detectives maintained surveillance of the subject, 56-year-old Jennifer Logan of Brooklyn.
