Troopers pulled a vehicle over on I-87 in the Albany County town of Bethlehem for vehicle and traffic violations at about 1:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 29, New York State Police said. Man Faces Impaired Driving Charge After Crash In Hudson Valley A man was arrested for alleged intoxicated driving after hitting a car in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Putnam County around 1 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 16 in the town of Kent. Police responded to the Kent Center for a report of a man who had struck a car and was possibly intoxicated, the department said. Teen Pleads Guilty In Connection To Fatal Crash Near High School In Area A Hudson Valley teen has entered a guilty plea for his role in a crash that killed a 16-year-old boy and seriously injured a 17-year-old girl. Alan Mendoza, of New City, pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated vehicular homicide on Tuesday, Dec. 7, according to Rockland County District Attorney Tom Walsh.
