Lost Hiker Found In Westchester Police in Northern Westchester pulled out all the stops to track down a hiker who found himself lost in the woods. Members of the Bedford Police Department received a report at approximately 7:40 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 18 from area resident Leroy Junker, who said he was lost on the trails of the Westmoreland Sanctuary. Police said that while investigating the lost man, they determined he was actually in the Arthur Butler Sanctuary, not the Westmoreland Sanctuary.
