The seminar will be held in the Yeager Room and will run from 7 to 9 p.m.
The seminar is free, and homeowners whose children have moved out can learn more about a potential new lifestyle with lower real estate taxes and utility bills, and fewer responsibilities for yard work, snow removal, plumbing repairs and roof maintenance.
The panel of experts will include a transition manager, a CPA, financial planner and real estate broker.
