BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – Robert O. Benson, of Bronxville, died on Tuesday, Feb. 17.
Benson became governor of Rotary District 7230 in 2002, after previously serving as the Bronxville Rotary Club's president and retiring from IBM.
He is survived by his wife, Doris, children Sandra Hill and Howard Benson, and grandchildren Rachel and Ken Hill.
A memorial service will be held at The Reformed Church of Bronxville on Saturday, March 14 at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Rotary Foundation, 14280 Collections Center Drive, Chicago, IL 60693.
