BRONXVILLE, N.Y. - Patrick F. Dowd, of Bronxville, died Feb. 21 at the age of 74.
Born in New York City on Feb. 18, 1937, he married Margaret "Peggy," who survives him. Dowd was the founder and former president of Dowd Associates, a computer consulting firm in New York.
He is survived by his wife, his daughter Marguerite (Brian) Scally of Irvington, his sons Patrick (Tina) Dowd of Hasbrouck Heights, N.J., Edward Dowd of Eastchester and Robert (Jennifer) Dowd of New York City and eleven grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday at Westchester Funeral Home in Eastchester. The funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Joseph's Church in Bronxville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
