Texts, Facebook Posts Reveal Michael Heil's Frustration With Crying Son GOSHEN, N.Y. – Text messages and Facebook posts revealed during Michael Heil's murder trial on Wednesday showed the Middletown man's growing frustration with his crying son before he reported the baby had stopped breathing, according to the Times Herald-Record.  Messages show Heil growing more frustrated over baby Zachary's crying. On the day he called 911, Michael Heil sent a message saying he'd just be the bad parent everyone thinks he is. Pedestrian Hit By Car On South Street In Newburgh NEWBURGH, N.Y. – The City of Newburgh Police are investigating a pedestrian who was hit by a car on South Street in Newburgh on Wednesday evening.  The incident happened around 6 p.m. The driver of the vehicle, as well as an eyewitness, said the pedestrian ran from behind a parked car, going south to north, across South Street. Warwick Responders Snuff Out Greenhouse Fire WARWICK, N.Y. – The Warwick Fire Department needed several hours to extinguish a greenhouse fire on Kavalec Lane Wednesday morning.  The blaze was reported around 11:40 a.m. Crews arrived to find the fire in a greenhouse filled with bails of hay, the Warwick Fire Department said.  Both Greenwood Lake and Chester fire departments helped knock down the flames.
