Police 'Roll Out' New Vehicles In Poughkeepsie DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- City of Poughkeepsie police have four new vehicles, the first the department has received since 2015.  City of Poughkeepsie Police Chief Tom Pape, Mayor Rob Rolison, and New York State Sen. Sue Serino announced the “roll-out” of the Ford Explorer SUV's Tuesday.
