WESTCHESTER, N.Y. Westchester was blanketed in a couple inches of snow on Saturday and the powder continued to fall. The National Weather Service is calling for total daytime accumulation of between three to five inches in the county before ending by early afternoon.
The weather has forced the closure of the Katonah Art Center.
