Man Killed In I-84 Wrong-Way Crash
Funeral services have been set for a Newtown business owner and Greenwich High School graduate who was one of two people killed in a wrong-way crash on I-84.
According to Connecticut State Police, Diego Fernando Jimenez, 48, of Newtown, died following a wrong-way crash around 1 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 14, on I-84 in Southbury.
State Police said the crash occurred when David Hozer, 46, of Southbury, was traveling the wrong way on westbound I-84 when his 2011 Audi Q5 struck a limousine Jimenez was driving.

Food-Service Workers Arrested After Fight Breaks Out At Greenwich HS Cafeteria
Two Greenwich High School cafeteria workers were arrested after allegedly getting into a physical fight.
Gina Gazard, 51, and Tammy Caballero, 34, both of Stamford, were arrested around 8:10 a.m., Tuesday, May 7, after Greenwich police responded to the school at 10 Hillside Road for a report of the fight, said Greenwich Police Lt. Johnn Slusarz.
Upon arrival, an investigation found that the two women had engaged in a physical fight which resulted in injury to multiple parties, according to Slusarz.

Greenwich Native, Ex-White House Comms Director Hope Hicks Spotted Boarding Air Force One
Former White House communications director Hope Hicks, a 2006 graduate of Greenwich High School, was spotted boarding Air Force One at a New Jersey airport on Saturday ahead of President Donald Trump's departure for a campaign rally in central Ohio.
Hicks, who was one of the President's longest-serving aides during the presidential campaign and in the White House, boarded the plane at the Morristown, NJ, airport, which is near the Trump Bedminster resort where the President was staying, according to multiple news reports including CNN.
