Rainfall amounts between a half and three-quarters of an inch are likely with local flooding possible. Downed trees and limbs are possible as a result of the wind gusts.
Rain should wrap up in the early evening Tuesday (between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. for most of the area) with overnight lows in the upper 20s to low 30s.
With temperatures hovering around freezing,
The temps will rebound into the low 40s on Wednesday under partly sunny skies. Wind-chill values will keep it feeling like it's in the low 30s. The overnight low will dip a bit below freezing.
Thursday should also be sunny, with a lower high, in the mid-30s, and an overnight around 20.
On Friday, it should be warmer, nearing 40 and sunny. The weekend will be even warmer, though there'll be increasing chances of rain again.
