There is an 80 percent chance of snow after 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon with about half an inch of accumulation expected in most of Westchester, where the changeover to rain should occur by around 7 p.m.
In Northern Westchester, a mixed bag of precipitation featuring rain, snow and sleet is expected between 9 p.m. and midnight, before changing to rain around midnight, according to the weather service.
Rain is expected to continue through noon on Sunday, with Sunday's high temperature around 55 degrees.
