Rain Arrives In Armonk With Severe Thunderstorms Possible

After a stretch of sunny skies, residents of the Hudson Valley will most likely have a soggy weekend with the possibility of severe thunderstorms.

Showers and a possible thunderstorm could linger throughout Saturday, but expect partly sunny skies with a high around 80 degrees. Chance of rain is 30 percent.

Rain becomes much more likely on Sunday with possibly severe thunderstorms after 9 a.m. Some storms could produce strong winds, hail and heavy rain. Chance of rain on Sunday is 80 percent. Check back to Daily Voice for updates.

Precipitation should move out of the area on Monday with highs around 80.
