North Castle Library Closing Early Tuesday Due To Snow

ARMONK, N.Y. - The North Castle Library will close early Tuesday night because of snow and poor road conditions.

The library will close at 5 p.m. All evening programs, including the Italian language and culture class, have been canceled.
