Hazardous Weather Aimed at Armonk

ARMONK, N.Y. - A flood advisory has been declared by the National Weather Service for Armonk Wednesday morning. Showers and thunderstorms are expected to be frequent throughout the day, especially after 2 p.m.

Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall according to the NWS. The day will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 78 degrees.

New rainfall amounts are expected to be between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts are possible in the event of a thunderstorm.

Tonight's weather will include occasional showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 2 a.m Thursday. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain.

There should be patchy fog after 11 p.m. with a low around 66 degrees.
