On Friday morning, it could be snow.

There is a chance of snow showers throughout the day Friday, according to the National Weather Service. Any precipitation could result in slick spots on roadways in the region. 

The snow shower chance starts in the morning and continues through 4 p.m. Friday, the National Weather Service says.

The rest of the day Friday will be mostly cloudy with a high near 40. Wind-chill values will be between 25 and 30.
