WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - One man was hospitalized on Thursday afternoon, after he lost control of his tractor-trailer on I-684 and wound up crashing nearly 20 feet off the roadway.
At approximately 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, first responders were dispatched to northbound lanes on I-684 in Armonk, where the driver was pinned in his truck, which had come to a skittering stop in the nearby woods, causing a large diesel fuel spill.
