Hutchinson River Parkway Reopens After Crash

A stretch of the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway has reopened after a serious accident resulted in its closure Thursday morning.

The 9:30 a.m. accident causing the closure was at Mill Road (Exit 18) in New Rochelle.

The roadway reopened at approximately 10:15 a.m. a.m., with residual delays stretching back to Mamaroneck Avenue (Exit 23).
