An early morning crash involving an overturned vehicle that initially blocked the right lane on a stretch of the Saw Mill River Parkway in Mount Pleasant continued to cause residual delays during the Thursday morning commute.
The incident occurred on the southbound side at Route 9A (Exit 25) with traffic backed up to Route 100/Rt-9A.
