Hospital In Area Temporarily Suspends Labor, Delivery Services A hospital in the Hudson Valley is temporarily suspending labor and delivery services as it works to build a new team of qualified doctors. Putnam Hospital and Nuvance Health announced that as of Monday, March 1, CareMount’s OB/GYN physicians - the only doctors who provide delivery and labor services at the hospital - will no longer be doing so as they recruit new physicians for their unit. CBS Evening News Anchor Jeff Glor To MC, 98 Degrees To Perform Greenwich Hospital Benefit CBS Evening News anchor and Greenwich resident Jeff Glor will serve as master of ceremonies at the Under the Stars benefit for Greenwich Hospital on Friday, May 17.  This is the third year the Emmy-award winning and veteran news journalist will emcee for the annual hospital benefit. Glor’s wife, Nicole, serves on the planning committee for the event. Pop band 98 Degrees will perform at the benefit which includes dinner, auctions and dancing to a DJ.
